Job summary

Credit Union of Texas seeks a Lead Teller to lead the branch teller team in delivering accurate, member-centered financial transactions. You will oversee cash operations, vaults, ATM replenishment, and adherence to BSA/AML and Regulation CC with human oversight for AI-assisted tasks.

You will coach tellers toward sales and service goals, handle scheduling, and ensure compliance with CUTX policies while maintaining audit-ready documentation and strong member service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of teller operations, cash handling, and balancing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CUTX banking systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure; compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service consistently in every interaction.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Identify member needs and propose appropriate CUTX products and services.
• Coach teller team to achieve sales and service goals and provide on-the-job training.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
