Job summary

Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Branch Support Teller to train new tellers and ensure consistent branch coverage and service excellence across locations. You will provide operational, sales, staffing and performance support to assigned branches to maintain service continuity during staffing shortages.

You will handle deposits, loan payments, negotiable instruments, and payments while ensuring compliance with Reg CC and privacy policies, with travel between CUTX branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months or more related operational experience in financial institution environment or equivalent preferred.
• Experience training staff and providing branch coverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train new tellers to ensure consistent branch coverage, compliance and service excellence.
• Provide operational, sales, staffing and performance support to assigned branches to maintain service continuity during staffing shortages.
• Deliver outstanding service to internal and external members with every interaction.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan/lease payments, and credit card payments.
• Identify member financial needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Travel between CUTX Branches as needed.
