Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years teller or branch operations experience; lead/supervisor experience valued.
• Strong knowledge of teller controls, balancing, and cash handling.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML, OFAC, and regulatory requirements at the teller line.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teller team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Oversee cash vault, ATMs, and reconciliations; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coach tellers, provide on-the-job training, and schedule coverage.
• Adhere to policies, perform audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
