Job summary

Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Lead Teller to lead the branch teller team, ensuring accurate, efficient, and member‑centered financial transactions. The role oversees cash operations, adheres to BSA/AML, OFAC, and Regulation CC, and coaches tellers toward sales and service goals with AI productivity tools.

The Lead Teller will manage daily operations, vault and ATM activities, and ensure audit readiness while maintaining CUTX brand standards and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years teller or branch operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service with every interaction.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Coach tellers toward sales and service goals.
• Adhere to regulations and CUTX policies across operations.
