Qualifikationen

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML regulations and requirements.
• High school education or GED; some college preferred.

• Support Branch Manager in member service operations, staff performance management, compliance and facilities.
• Balance and service coin machine and cash drawers; assist with vault and ATM operations.
• Maintain vault and ATM cash; replenish and verify cash shipments under dual control.
• Assist Tellers in duties including balancing cash drawers and end of day procedures.
• Resolve member complaints and issues to ensure high-quality service.
• Assist with account opening responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
