Job summary

Citizens- seeks a Banking Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, mentor tellers, and ensure excellent customer service at the Woodlands branch. You will manage deposits, loans, and related banking activities while aligning with upper management goals.

Strong communication, supervisory experience, and team collaboration are essential to drive branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of financial experience required, including supervisory experience over tellers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and software including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the banking center with good management practices.
• Answer inquiries, resolve problems, promote and sell bank services and products.
• Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships.
• Promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate personnel for new services.
• Service existing loan and deposit accounts.
• Ensure that banking center goals are met in coordination with upper management.
• Open new deposit accounts and process personal loan applications.
• Refer budget expenditure requests to supervisor or CEO for approval.
• Assist with hiring, training, counseling, and discipline of banking center personnel.
• Provide guidance to bank employees regarding policies, products, and services.
• Provide back up support to upper management as needed.
• Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving problems.
