Job summary

FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION in Houston seeks a Branch Manager support role to oversee operations, service, and security, ensuring superior member experiences.

You will assist the Branch Manager in daily teller coordination, cross-selling, and compliance, while maintaining vault and ATM cash under dual control.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and strong communication and leadership skills, with occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in member service operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate tellers and teller duties including cross-selling.
• Educate members on credit union products and cross-sell all services.
• Assist with account maintenance and openings.
• Maintain vault and ATM cash; verify cash shipments.
• Balance and service coin machine as applicable.
• Perform unannounced audits on teller cash drawers, ATM, and vault cash.
• Ensure compliance issues are properly administered in member services.
• Resolve member complaints and issues with high service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
