Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per policy.
• Own escalated account service issues and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners as appropriate.
• Complete branch operations, including cash, vault, ATM, and wire activities.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
• Perform Consumer AML/KYC activities as required.
• Adhere to risk controls and reporting standards.
