Responsibilities

• Adhere to established customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Actively engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing their immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Transition identified sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner and complete branch operations such as cash ordering and wire transfers.
