Responsibilities

• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Log and address customer complaints; take ownership of escalated account issues.
• Assist with branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM activities and wire transfers.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support a safe, inclusive branch environment.
