Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to branch customers and resolve routine problems promptly.
Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
Escalate and resolve account service issues; log complaints in the system.
Transition sales opportunities to dedicated banking partners.
Perform branch operations like cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
Handle customer/account maintenance and AML/BSA/KYC related activities.
Adhere to compliance and risk controls; support the M&T Bank brand and culture.
