Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Member Center Manager to partner with the Member Center Manager in coaching and leading branch employees toward growth goals while delivering exceptional member service. You will foster a positive, proactive team culture and resolve complex member issues with sound risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking, loans or new accounts training preferred.
• 3–5 years in member service, banking, new accounts and lending expected.
• Strong coaching, relationship-building and communication skills; ability to lead and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering banking services, cross-sell products, and educate members on digital solutions.
• Make independent decisions to manage risk and ensure member service excellence.
• Own and resolve member issues; provide timely callbacks and escalate as needed.
• Foster a positive member experience through coaching, feedback and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate onboarding and training; support performance reviews and staff development.
• Engage with the community and participate in marketing and events as assigned.
• Ensure schedules, cash operations, branch budget and compliance are managed according to policy.
