Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Member Center Manager to partner with the Member Center Manager in coaching, developing, and leading branch staff toward growth goals while delivering exceptional member experiences.

The role requires strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and risk-aware decision making to ensure service excellence and adherence to policies. You will drive engagement, training, and proactive outreach to Members and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
• Additional banking training in loans or new accounts required.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example: performs banking services, achieves sales through cross-selling, educates members on digital solutions, and conducts proactive outreach.
• Exercise a business owner mindset by making independent decisions, including overrides in consumer lending and fee waivers.
• Own and resolve member issues with timely, friendly responses and follow-up.
• Develop employees, monitor service standards through coaching and feedback, and support annual performance reviews.
