Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business Management or equivalent in work experience.
• 2 years management experience with direct reports including coaching and scheduling.
• Ability to coach and develop individuals with varying levels of experience; build relationships to support goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops branch employees to deliver a positive member experience.
• Ensures adherence to audit/compliance schedules and minimizes losses.
• Coaches frontline staff through observations, development planning and feedback.
• Grows member relationships and deepens community ties for branch growth.
• Partners with other lines of business to provide holistic banking solutions.
• Educates members on online/mobile banking and digital solutions; leads training.
• Opens new accounts and loans; participates in organizational committees as assigned.
