Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience is required.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending is required.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to coach and develop individuals, build relationships, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example: performs banking services, achieves sales, educates members on digital solutions, and provides proactive outreach.
• Owns and resolves Member issues with timely, friendly responses and escalation when needed.
• Ensures positive member experience by coaching staff, observing service standards, and delivering feedback.
