• Experience with cash-handling in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and banking software; ability to navigate multiple screens.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to resolve customer issues professionally and tactfully.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly within a structured operation.
• Perform teller-line transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and fraud resolution.
• Protect and verify member identities and review account information for alerts.
• Identify and respond to potential fraud or unusual activity.
• Demonstrate proficiency across multiple systems and engagement techniques to ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional banking products/services.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures while delivering a positive member experience.
• Support coverage at various Jacksonville-area branches if needed.
