Respond to member inquiries, process teller activities, verify identities, and monitor for suspicious activity. Build knowledge across systems to ensure accuracy and enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Act on and respond to situations indicating potential fraud or abuse.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple systems to ensure accuracy and member satisfaction.
• Identify and recommend additional products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
