The position starts at $20.00/hour and requires versatility to cover multiple branch duties.

As a Branch Specialist you will handle teller tasks, support loan processing, and assist in achieving branch goals. Join a team that values dependable, detail-oriented, and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services to members.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of Teller processing including deposits, withdrawals, member loan payments, and transactions.
• All aspects of Member Service including cross-selling GSCU products and services to members and prospects.
• Identify member needs and offer solutions that deepen the financial relationship.
• Assist team in reaching branch goals, participate in challenges and contests.
• Accept consumer and real estate loan applications, prepare loan documents, and handle member loan closings.
• Research and resolve member account questions and issues.
• Assist in after-hours call nights, community events, and networking; provide coverage to other branches.
• Other duties as assigned.
