Job summary

Granite State Credit Union in Tilton, NH is seeking a Branch Specialist (Member Service Representative) to deliver outstanding service to our members. You will handle teller transactions, assist with loan applications, and promote GSCU products to deepen member relationships.

Starting at $20.00/hr, with a sign-on bonus after 90 days. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, reliability, and the ability to collaborate across branches.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in banking or retail is preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services to members.
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy in processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Deliver excellent Member Service and identify sales opportunities.
• Assist members with loan applications and closings.
• Support branch goals and participate in team challenges.
• Provide coverage to other branches and departments.
• Handle member questions and resolve issues.
• Assist with community events and after-hours coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
