Job summary

Generations Federal Credit Union is seeking a branch-based member services associate to handle routine transactions and assist with account maintenance. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and guiding members to appropriate service channels.

You will divide time between the teller line and the platform, educating members on products and eServices while partnering with Member Specialists when necessary. A positive, sales-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have an outgoing, sales-oriented personality.
• Must be customer service oriented, and must be able to work well under pressure.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Fluent in Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle member service requests within the branch and process routine daily transactions.
• Split scheduled hours between teller line and platform to support branch operations.
• Educate members on products, services, and eServices, and refer to Member Specialists as needed.
• Perform teller duties with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a strong member experience.
• Assist with account maintenance, openings, and cross-sell eServices.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve member inquiries and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Support Lobby Leadership duties and uphold exceptional service standards.
