Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Service Director to lead the service department in our New York branch. The role focuses on directing staff, ensuring high-quality pest control service, and maintaining daily operations in a dynamic environment.

You will train personnel, oversee inspections for compliance, address customer concerns, and manage scheduling to maximize service coverage and customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Knowledge of dry chemicals and pesticides.
• Familiar with DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff of the branch service department to provide quality service to all customers.
• Provides training for branch service and sales personnel.
• Inspects pest control work to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Responds to customer complaints and retains accounts.
• Maintains awareness of customers remaining to be serviced in the month.
• Possible servicing of pest routes as needed.
• Maintain inventory.
