Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Branch Manager to guide the district, build a strong management team, and ensure excellent customer experiences. The role includes interviewing candidates, planning staffing, and driving profitability while aligning with company programs.

The position requires five to seven years of branch leadership, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented with background in management, sales, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in pest control industry is a plus.
• Willing to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses as required by regulations.

Aufgaben

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management for smooth branch flow.
• Drive implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the district management.
• Review district metrics to identify problems and coach teams to hit goals.
• Provide support and auditing across operations, sales, and office leadership.
