Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Branch Manager in New York to lead the district, develop the management team, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will interview candidates, plan operations, drive programs, review metrics, and coach staff to meet goals. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years’ leadership experience are required. The base pay range is $93,000–$135,000 per year with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced environment; ability to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by laws; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates; monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management to ensure smooth flow of branch operations.
• Drive program implementation by motivating and supporting the district's teams to meet objectives.
• Review district performance metrics to identify problems and coach teams to correct course.
• Provide supporting and auditing roles with operations, sales, and office leadership.
