Anderson Equipment Company is seeking a Service Manager to lead the branch service department, oversee shop and field technicians, and ensure safe, responsive, and professional service to customers. The role emphasizes profitability and service excellence across multiple locations.

You will drive revenue and gross margin growth, coordinate with HR, Sales Support and Credit, manage workload and priorities, and mentor a team of technicians across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Service Department.
• 5+ years of work experience with P&L responsibility and achievement of profitable results.
• Proven track record in training, scheduling, and managing field technicians.
• Strong technical competence in mechanical functions and specialized equipment repair.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to service operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch service department and oversee technicians in the shop and field.
• Coordinate cost-effective, reliable service for customers with emphasis on safety and responsiveness.
• Schedule repairs, assign mechanics, and manage work orders to timely completion.
• Drive revenue and gross margin growth and ensure profitable operations.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales Support, and Credit to facilitate results.
