Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Coach branch staff and manage daily sales activity.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
• Adhere to policies and procedures; ensure compliance and risk controls.
• Assist with daily operations: opening/closing, vault cash, supplies.
• Support branch leadership and execute on assignments.
