Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Lexington, NC retail branch. You will assist branch leadership, coach staff, and drive customer service and sales through referrals and cross-selling of bank products.

The role requires handling teller transactions, maintaining relationships, and ensuring policy compliance. A High School diploma and at least 2 years of related experience are required; NMLS license is preferred.

Qualifications

2 years of job-related experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, products and services
Sales and customer service skills
Licensure/Certification: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Identifier preferred

Responsibilities

Promotes the sales process through referral management and outbound calling
Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services
Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions
Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants
Assist with daily sales activity through coaching and pre-shift huddles
Coordinate and perform operational duties including scheduling, opening/closing, vault cash and compliance
Perform teller transactions as needed
Uphold risk management and adherence to policies and procedures
