Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Clemmons, NC is seeking a Financial Sales Manager to lead branch sales efforts and oversee operations with support from an operations specialist.

The role includes outbound calling, developing customer relationships and referrals, and ensuring regulatory compliance and sound risk practices. Licensed or non-licensed candidates are considered, with potential to fill Branch Manager I or II based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience in Sales, customer service or lending, including supervisory.
• Or High School Diploma and 6 years' experience in Sales, customer service or lending, including supervisory.
• Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and personnel functions for a team and drive results.
• Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community and align conversations with CRA opportunities.
