• Lead and mentor branch staff, building a high-energy team culture.
• Oversee banking system upgrades, branch readiness, testing, data extraction, and staff training.
• Bridge retail and member service to streamline operations and overflow call processing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security protocols across teller operations and cash handling.
