Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Hudson, NH is seeking a Branch Team Leader to guide sales and service culture, helping members achieve their financial goals and coaching staff to meet branch targets.

You will open new memberships and loans, refer SEG opportunities to management, manage branch operations and compliance, and support cost-effective service delivery. Mortgage lending authority may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory and sales management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Email.
• Prior lending experience a plus.
• Branch operations knowledge a plus.
• Ability to obtain NMLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales goals by developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Oversee member service experience and branch operations, including ATM custodianship.
• Manage staff performance and provide training and evaluations.
• Respond to member complaints and refer SEG opportunities.
• Open new memberships and accounts; conduct Notary and Signature Guarantees.
• Assist lending processes and obtain Mortgage Loan Originator authority.
• Promote self-service with members and identify process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
