Job summary

Tyndall Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Leader to ensure fast, courteous service, explain products, set up new accounts, and direct member calls to the right area. You will supervise Relationship Advisors and Service Advisors and coach staff to uphold core values and WE Standards.

This role includes scheduling, monitoring daily activity, cross-selling services, and ensuring compliance with BSA/AML and other regulatory requirements. Remote or hybrid work is eligible.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent training/certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with inquiries and explains products and services.
• Schedules and monitors daily activities of Relationship and Service Advisors.
• Trains and coaches staff to deliver excellent member service.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell services to members.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory programs and internal policies.
