Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading into customers' vehicles.
• Maximize sales opportunities and foster customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person interactions.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipments.
• Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment to support branch goals.
• Navigate multiple computer systems used for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
