Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier with assistance.
• Learn and operate computer systems used for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Follow safety guidelines and process standards including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, picking, and loading the customer’s vehicle.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders and shipments.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
