Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and lift heavier with assistance.
• Learn and operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, and loading vehicles.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders/shipping product.
• Prepare backorders and put away stock received.
• Help with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Learn and navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Maintain branch appearance and safety standards.
