Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage client relations, and lead a team of recruiters. The role focuses on growing accounts, executing sales plans, and delivering top service to candidates and clients in a fast-paced staffing environment.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, budget adherence, and performance metrics while recruiting and developing top talent. A strong background in sales, leadership, and HR compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coach, train, and mentor recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L and implement cost-control decisions.
• Develop revenue and expense forecasts; support long-range growth plans.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients and program teams; maintain strong relationships.
