Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years retail banking experience preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience required; experience in retail banking environment strongly preferred.
• Must have a history of solid sales and service success.

Mansioni

• Under general direction, assist with the daily management of a banking office.
• Achieve personal sales goals and guide platform staff toward branch goals; coach sales staff.
• Understand retail incentive plan and business loans; coach staff accordingly.
• Oversee daily branch operations including overdraft and vault management, schedules, opening/closing.
