Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Branch Manager in the U.S. to lead growth by expanding client relationships and enhancing recruitment outcomes. You will develop business plans, manage P&L, and oversee a branch team delivering top service to clients and candidates.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, and developing top talent, maintaining strong client reviews, and aligning staffing with SLA targets and budgets to drive bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally across all levels of staff and management.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow new and existing clients.
• Manage branch P&L and develop revenue/expense forecasts; maintain budget.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; coach Recruiters.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs are met; drive client satisfaction and NPS.
• Onboard new customers; negotiate terms, risk and credit, and SLAs.
