Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead strategic growth, manage the branch P&L, recruit and develop top talent, and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will grow and retain accounts, set pay and bill rates, conduct regular business reviews, supervise recruiting teams, and drive efficiency through improved processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, ensuring client requirements and SLA targets are met.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, monitoring costs and revenue forecasts.
• Coach, train, and mentor recruiters; develop branch staff.
• Onboard new customers, including terms, risk/credit assessment, and rate negotiations.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews and provide regular updates to leadership.
