Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, manage client relationships, and oversee P&L. You will recruit, train and develop a high-performing branch team while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, setting pay and bill rates, presenting quarterly business reviews, coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while building a positive, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to grow existing and new clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Lead, coach and develop branch staff; manage day-to-day performance and ensure KPIs/SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control; implement process improvements to reduce service cost.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations; monitor credit references.
