Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client relationships, and branch profitability. You will develop strategies to win new clients, retain accounts, and drive top performance across the branch team.

You will recruit, coach, and manage staff, ensure service levels and KPIs are met, and oversee budgets, compliance, and process improvements to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans for existing clients and new business.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Coach and develop branch staff; monitor KPIs, SLAs, and process improvements to reduce costs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and growth plans; control costs and monitor claims.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities; establish relationships with recruiting resources.
