Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is hiring a Branch Manager responsible for building business plans to grow new clients, deepen existing relationships, and manage P&L. You will recruit, coach, and develop a branch team while delivering top-notch service to candidates and clients.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, set pay and bill rates, monitor KPIs and SLAs, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients; meet SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and program teams.
• Set and monitor pay and bill rates based on skill categories; support credit processes.
• Lead day-to-day team performance, coaching, and development of recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost-control decisions.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and ensure alignment with client fulfillment priorities.
