Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; sales or personnel services background preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to groups.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to develop clients and win back accounts.
• Manage day-to-day performance; coach recruiters and staff to meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L and budgets; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Monitor credit references and client limits; ensure timely receivables.
• Lead recruitment strategies and on-board new customers with terms and risk assessment.
• Maintain client satisfaction through regular reviews and strong relationships.
