Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Growing & Retaining Accounts: establish plans to grow and retain accounts and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR concerns.
• Monitor pay and bill rates; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance and coach recruiters.
• Develop branch P&L, budgets, and forecasts; oversee cost control.
• Lead recruitment activity and build local relationships for staffing.
