Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans, recruit and develop top talent, and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates. The role emphasizes growth, retention, and profitability across the branch, with accountability for performance metrics and customer satisfaction.

You will establish client strategies, manage budgets, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with HR and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or service roles.
• 2 years of direct sales experience with growth in responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop client relationships and meet SLA targets.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, forecast revenue and expenses.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff to meet KPIs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; monitor collections and credit.
