Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; plan to win new clients and expand revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop budgets and forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters; ensure KPI and SLA targets are met.
• Onboard new customers; negotiate terms, credit, and pay rates; ensure client satisfaction.
