Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Kentucky to lead growth, client satisfaction, and branch profitability. You will develop strategies to win new accounts, nurture existing relationships, and manage P&L while delivering top-tier service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include driving revenue, onboarding new customers, setting pay/bill rates, recruiting, coaching, and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day colleague performance (sourcing, submittals, interviews), coaching and development to meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Develop branch revenue/expense forecasts and budget; monitor and control costs.
• Grow and retain accounts; present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk/credit assessment, and rate negotiation.
• Ensure credit references are obtained and client credit limits are established.
• Lead recruitment activities and build local relationships with recruiting resources.
• Jumps into recruiting activities as needed.
