Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client retention, and recruitment excellence in our Kentucky operation. You will drive sales plans, manage branch P&L, and develop top talent while delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients.

Your role includes coaching recruiters, optimizing processes, and collaborating with HR and operations to meet KPIs, budgets, and client expectations. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to expand client base, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead branch P&L and budgeting, monitor costs, and forecast revenue.
• Manage day-to-day recruiter performance, coach and develop staff, meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee recruiting processes, interviews, and conversions; ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain branch relationships with HR, Operations, and Procurements teams.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate pay/bill rates, and monitor credit references.
