Adecco Group in Kentucky is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for growing client accounts, leading a branch team, and delivering strong customer service to candidates and clients. You will develop business plans, manage P&L, and oversee recruitment strategies.

This role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, sales background, supervisory experience, and excellent communication. You will set pay/bill rates, monitor KPIs, and lead a high-performing branch with a focus on growth and retention.

Qualificações

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and retain clients and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop revenue/expense forecasts and budgets.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development; ensure KPIs/SLAs are met.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams; maintain strong client relationships.
