Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day colleague performance, coaching and development to hit KPIs.
• Oversee branch P&L and cost control, develop budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor client requirements, SLA targets and credit references.
• Lead recruitment activities and develop branch recruitment strategies.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and client fulfillment prioritization.
