Job summary

The Adecco Group in Charleston, WV is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and managing P&L. You will recruit, train, and shepherd a high-performing branch team while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or management.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally at all levels.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and improve the bottom line.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff and ensure top customer service.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Set pay and bill rates and negotiate terms with clients.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance across the branch.
