Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Michigan to lead client growth, manage P&L, and recruit/top talent for the branch. You will drive revenue, maintain high client satisfaction, and oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on performance metrics and cost control.

Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, supervisory experience, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while coaching a team of recruiters to deliver top results in a fast-paced staffing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales/branch roles.
• Two years' direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client accounts; implement plans to win new business.
• Lead branch operations, including P&L, budgets, and cost control.
• Coach recruiters and support staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership and key clients.
• Develop recruitment strategies and local community connections.
• Ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment of orders.
